Providing a welcoming and nurturing environment for local seniors and disabled individuals is the core function of the Nevada Adult Day Healthcare Centers, who turned to Tradewinds for all their construction needs. Tradewinds often works in concert with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical subcontractors who are capable of engineering their own permit drawings.

Tradewinds Construction was tasked to build a special and unique environment for Slickdeals.com that would serve to retain top-tier tech talent in the Las Vegas area. The custom kitchen and open lounge area provide a relaxing and inviting oasis for staff personnel to kick back and grab a bite to eat.

The Tenaya Creek Brewery is home to award-winning beers and its 25 beer tap room is a welcome oasis for beer lovers.

The Tenaya Creek Brewery brought new life into a blighted area, and Tradewinds Construction was tapped to completely refurbish the building. Tradewinds served as the prime contractor and was tasked with overseeing the architectural and interior design and providing complete design/build for the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Wood Framing division reinforced the distinctive barreled roof and built the front facade to provide a unique character to the structure. Tradewinds forces also installed the refrigeration room, drain tanks and erected the exterior grain silo. Tradewinds Construction was awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) prestigious Excellence in Construction Award for its efforts in reconstructing this dilapidated property into a world-class brewery.

Tradewinds Construction was selected to fully remodel the Hampton Inn due to its longstanding relationship with the hotel’s owner. This project saw Tradewinds undertake a full remodeling of the property that included: reconstruction of the hotel lobby and bar, remodeling all guest rooms, repainting, placing new carpeting, installation of new plumbing fixtures, and all new amenities. The lobby at the Hampton Inn was built to create an open and welcoming environment for the weary traveler.

Tradewinds Construction was contracted by Desert Perinatal, Nevada’s high-risk pregnancy specialists for the construction of their multi-million dollar compassionate care facility. Tradewinds responsibilities included oversight of the architectural and interior design process and included design-build responsibilities for mechanical, plumbing and electrical scopes of work.

Designed by Matt Blacke Inc. and brought to life by Tradewinds Construction, the offices of Advanced Eye Care feature striking and bold visuals that draw in the eyes of customers who walk through the doors. Tradewinds Construction served as prime contractor including design-build for the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical scopes of work.
