When Cinema Giant Cinemark Theaters embarked on the complete interior renovation of their 18-theatre movie complex at Las Vegas’ Orleans Hotel and Casino, Tradewinds Construction was selected for its extensive experience in the unique structural metal framing and finishes required for completion of multiplex theatres on aggressive completion schedules.

The Ikea store in Las Vegas features the unique and complex ceiling system found within all their stores. Tradewinds Construction was sought out by the general contractor due to our extensive expertise in handling intricate and complex ceiling systems. Making the project more interesting was the fact that metric tools had to be acquired in order to install this fascinating ceiling system.
PIRCH is an award-winning company that specializes in the design and sale of appliances for the kitchen, bathroom, and outdoors. Tradewinds Construction was brought into the project due to their high level of expertise with complex framing and high level finishes. Ownership was so pleased with Tradewinds’ results for the first store, that they were immediately asked to do the rest of the builds in California. To date, Tradewinds has finished three stores, a warehouse, and the corporate office.
Tradewinds unique one stop shop subcontracting services were contracted to help build St. Anthony’s of Padua Roman Catholic church. The complex nature of the job, ranging from the radius arches to the finished roof structure, led Burke Construction Group to hire Tradewinds for their multi scope offering of subcontracting services. Tradewinds was responsible for the wood framing, metal framing, drywall, painting, and acoustical ceilings in the construction of this sacred building.
Tradewinds Construction is an integral part of the Tivoli project, working on the two buildings that were the start of the three building set. Tradewinds was selected for this project in part for their ability to furnish engineering for all the metal framing. This project had a high level of difficulty with complex exterior framing, featuring two layers of exterior sheathing, applied high above the ground.
The owners of Tivoli were so pleased with the quality of the work, along with the competitive pricing and Tradewind’s stellar safety record, that Tradewinds was awarded the contract to the project’s next phase.
