To Whom It May Concern:
Over the past 20 years, I have developed a high level of respect for, and a strong working relationship with, Jeff Vilkin and his company, Tradewinds Construction. Through the years, I have contracted with Tradewinds through my own Las Vegas based firm of Korle-Bellew & Associates, as well as other large General Contracting firms where I have served as Vice President and/or regional manager. Most recently Tradewinds has worked on projects for me in both Arizona and California, and I continue to invite them to propose and work on projects that I am associated with because they continually demonstrate “best in class” capabilities covering a wide range of subcontracting services. Tradewinds prices are always competitive, their execution is excellent, for many years they have retained some of the most skilled industry professionals, and their overall organizational skills are amongst the best that I have encountered in the industry.
I am currently involved in procuring several substantial projects in California, and have invited Tradewinds Construction to participate in this process.
Should you have any questions regarding this exceptional contracting organization, please do not hesitate to contact me on my mobile phone at 602 510-8662.

Burke Construction Group, Inc. is a general contracting firm headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. For more than three decades, Burke has been recognized as one of the most respected general contractors in a city recognized for its prolific growth. In light of the downturn in the construction industry we have expanded our areas of operations beyond Nevada’s borders including many large commercial projects throughout central and southern California.
Burke Construction Group has identified a few of the top Las Vegas area subcontractors with whom we have developed high quality working relationships over the past 20+ years, and invited them to participate with us on projects in other markets.
In addition to being one of the best managed and most competitive subcontractors that we consistently invite to participate on our projects, Tradewinds in one of only a select few subcontractors who can provide a true “one stop shopping” for multiple scopes of work, and comes from such a professionally managed group, that the risk management concerns that play such an important role in many of our subcontractor selections is never a concern when Tradewinds is selected by our staff.
We invited Tradewinds to participate with us on six substantial and very important projects throughout central and southern California, and as we have come to expect from them, Tradewinds continued to prove their worth, and created their invitation for the next project, by understanding their role in executing it flawlessly.
Tradewinds has been a contributing factor in the success of the Burke Construction Group, and we fully expect this high quality and mutually beneficial relationship to continue well into the future, both in Las Vegas, and in other markets.
Best regards,
Burke Construction Group, Inc.

Tradewinds Construction recently completed a tenant improvement for us at our Arroyo South Industrial Park. They expertly handled all aspects of the job from the initial design and preconstruction services through the project’s completion with the final coat of paint. The best part, it was completed on time and within budget. They’re already on the job working another TI for us!

Our company, RCC Associates, recently completed the Lazy Dog Restaurant at the Mall at Summerlin in Las Vegas. Being an out of town contractor with an aggressive schedule, we were fortunate to subcontract with Tradewinds Construction for multiple scopes of work for this complex project. Their managers oversaw multiple teams of workers that all completed their work with a high level of quality and professionalism, and in the allotted time. Tradewinds was a helpful driver of the completion schedule, and they worked hard to ensure that this project was ready for business at the scheduled grand opening.

Mr. Vilkin,
Thank you for stopping in at St. Anthony’s site today. You should be receiving the site update photos and the YouTube vid of the GLB installation. While I have the opportunity I wanted to say thank you for allowing us to work with you. I have 2 phenomenal crews on site:
The wood framing crew led by David Slight and Bryan Baehr are pushing performance and safety standards to a new level. The field Forman Rigoberto is courteous and conscientious about the project and he treats his crew as equals. It is refreshing to see.
Your metal stud and drywall crew only started installation a few weeks ago but already have nearly all the framing completed and we will be starting drywall installation and finishes very soon. This team led by Pedro Hernandez is as equally impressive as your wood division crew, in that they have managed to frame, soffit and install backing with only a 3 man crew. The field crew Forman Marin Cajvira and his team manages to move efficiently while still employing proper safety culture and “can-do” attitudes.
I know that the Catholic Diocese and the Parish Pastor are grateful to you all as well. I am looking forward to the next project together. Thank you again for all your Team does. Have a fantastic day.
With Regards,
Anthony O. Schlecht Field Superintendent – Corporate Safety Coordinator

From the very first visit, my wife and I knew we had a great team of individuals to take our vision and make it into reality, and Tradewinds by far surpassed our expectations with their quality of work, service, professionalism, and always being ahead of schedule. They listened to our needs, and accomodated all meetings around our work schedules and most importantly were always there to take our phone calls. My wife and I had such a great experience working with Tradewinds and now that the project is complete we will miss them.

Tom,
Tradewinds Construction has truly exceeded all of my expectations during the build-out of our new corporate offices. The quality of workmanship and professionalism that the Tradewinds Construction management team displayed was outstanding during the construction process. One of the biggest causes of concern was that the building process would be disruptive to our normal operations and it was totally unfounded. The entire process was so organized and simplified that we were able to focus on running our business and not worry about construction. The entire construction process was executed on a detailed timeline that allowed us to know \.\ hat was happening without having to ask anyone.
I enthusiastically recommend Tradewinds Construction!

A few years ago when I needed some tenant improvements completed for my business but some construction companies shied away from my small project. I met Jeff Vilkin (Tradewinds Construction) and they took on my project and finished it on time to my complete satisfaction.
While some companies focus only on the larger projects, Tradewinds Construction focuses on developing long-term relationships, and provides the same superior construction services for both small and large projects.
After that first project with Tradewinds, I have used them for several other projects for other businesses I developed. They are professional, personable but most importantly, prompt and reasonable.
Tradewinds has now been my exclusive construction company for all my developments.

As with all thriving medical practices, there came a time when we decided we needed to offer other locations to our ever growing patient population. We bought the building and was put in contact with Tradewinds. Being someone with a degree and background in medical business, I had no idea of the amount of work and time it takes to complete the build out process or all the variables that come with knowing the construction business. Tradewinds made it possible for me to accomplish the process without taking much time from my already busy schedule. I just hope they all know how much I appreciate all the hard work and professionalsim that was put into my project.

Dear Tradewinds,
It was my pleasure to have Tradewinds Construction design and construct our new Slickdeals office. You understood my needs, the needs of my staff and my vision for my office. You were instrumental in every aspect of the project from the design, budget and construction which all contributed to the completion of my office on time and within budget. Tradewinds Construction has my sincerest appreciation for all your hard work.
Sincerely,
Van Trac, President Slickdeals, Inc.
Tradewinds Construction was chosen by WinWholesale (now Winsupply) to remodel their property at 3665 West Diablo Drive, Las Vegas, NV. I was the local representative for the owner and worked with the Tradewinds crew daily.
After we purchased the property I was comforted to hear Tradewinds was awarded the contract. While I didn’t know anybody personally, l was aware of their great reputation. A reputation that they lived up to. The knowledge and experience they brought to the job was invaluable to me. I have never been responsible for a construction project and they made several recommendations based on past clients needs that worked out perfect for my operation. We made several changes during the process and no change orders were submitted. The only change orders on the entire project were due to Easement and Public Safety requirements which were expected upon discovery.
The performance, professionalism and attention to detail that Tradewinds Contstruction provided made this remodel project a success. I will be using them again in the future.

Gentlemen,
My name is John Myles and I am CEO for Solargenix Energy and a Director and a Founder of Acciona Solar Power, Inc. I have had a long-standing relationship with your company and your people as we have developed CSF Parabolic Trough projects.
I understand that you are considering Mr. Jeff Vilkin and Tradewinds for participation in an upcoming project.
The purpose of this letter is to give you my highest recommendation for the ability, honesty and professionalism of these people and their company capabilities.
I have known Mr. Vilkin and his family personally for 7 years. We chose Tradewinds 6 years ago as a company we wanted to educate, train and work with for the installation of PT solar fields. They learned quickly and brought many strengths to our team. They first joined our efforts on our Saguaro project in 2004, which was named in the Top 12 power projects in the US in 2005. They were selected for the total effort on the major expansion at Nevada Solar One and performed in excellent fashion in all aspects.
In addition, they served as the General Contractor for the Nevada Solar One Central Control Facility.
I can assure you that you will be well-satisfied with this selection for your project.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions where I can be of help and good luck with your project. We all must continue to put good projects to service.
Sincerely,
John F. Myles CEO

I’ve used Tradewinds Construction numerous times over the years and plan to continue to employ their service in the years ahead. Tradewinds appoints skilled and talented leaders whose leadership skills are conveyed to their crews. Experience, professionalism and outstanding customer service are just a few corporate values that Tradewinds demands and delivers on each project. To a commercial project manager, Tradewinds Construction makes my projects run smoother and faster as they provide multiple construction disciplines under one roof. Having the option to contract multiple trades with one long standing and highly reputable company is extremely valuable and imperative to succeeding in todays fast pace challenging construction industry. As construction projects become more technically demanding General Contractors need more partners like Tradewinds to continue to deliver an exceptional finished product to our customers.
